30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at magassashopify@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
